VALIDITY AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT:

Both SMARTNET and the User undertake to try to resolve in an amicable manner any disagreement that may arise in the development of their commercial relations.
For the solution of any contentious issues that may arise from the development of their commercial relations, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (capital), subject to - if applicable - mandatory legal submission to jurisdiction. on the part.
