PERSONAL DATA WE WILL PROCESS

By virtue of its relationship with the Royal Spanish Football Federation, we may process the following categories of personal data:

1. Identification data such as name and surname, NIF/Passport/NIE.

2. Contact information: address, telephone number, address (including postal and email addresses), etc.

3. Data on your personal characteristics, such as marital status, sex, date and place of birth, age, nationality or profession.

4. Special categories of data when strictly necessary, such as health data.

5. Navigation data on the RFEF Website.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

The purpose of collecting personal data may be to manage requests for press accreditations, match and course tickets, fill out and process forms in general, as well as send communications about activities, products or services offered by the RFEF.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Personal data may be transferred to a third country or to an international organization if it is necessary for the purpose pursued. In any case, compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights will be guaranteed.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

Depending on the data that is subject to processing, the way in which we have obtained or collected it and the purpose of the processing, the legal basis for the processing of your data may be your consent, the execution of a contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, the fulfillment of a mission in the public interest, the exercise of public powers or the legitimate interest of the Royal Spanish Football Federation or third parties.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

When the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

RECIPIENTS TO WHOM THE DATA WILL BE COMMUNICATED

The Royal Spanish Football Federation will not communicate your data to third parties, unless it is essential for the purpose of the treatment or following a judicial request or request from the Public Prosecutor's Office or Public Administrations in the exercise of their powers.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF YOUR DATA
