PERSONAL DATA THAT WE WILL PROCESS
By virtue of its relationship with the Royal Spanish Football Federation, we may process the following categories of personal data:
1. Identification data such as name and surname, NIF/Passport/NIE.
2. Contact information: address, telephone number, address (including postal and electronic addresses), etc.
3. Data regarding your personal characteristics, such as marital status, sex, date and place of birth, age, nationality or profession.
4. Special categories of data when strictly necessary, such as health data.
5. Browsing data on the RFEF website.
PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE PROCESS YOUR DATA
The collection of personal data may be for the purpose of managing requests for press accreditation, tickets for matches and courses, completing and processing forms in general, as well as sending communications about activities, products or services offered by the RFEF.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Personal data may be transferred to a third country or an international organisation if necessary for the intended purpose. In any case, compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights will be guaranteed.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
Depending on the data being processed, the way in which we have obtained or collected it and the purpose of the processing, the legal basis for the processing of your data may be your consent, the execution of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the fulfillment of a mission in the public interest, the exercise of public powers or the legitimate interest of the Royal Spanish Football Federation or third parties.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT
When the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
RECIPIENTS TO WHOM THE DATA WILL BE COMMUNICATED
The Royal Spanish Football Federation will not communicate your data to third parties, unless it is essential for the purpose of the processing or prior judicial requirement or request from the Public Prosecutor's Office or Public Administrations in the exercise of their powers.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be kept for the time necessary depending on the purpose for which they were provided or collected, without prejudice to, where appropriate, the exercise of your right to deletion.
In relation to the processing necessary for sending information, we will keep your data in the system as long as you do not request its deletion.
DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
You may exercise the following rights:
Access, rectification, deletion, opposition, data portability, right not to be subject to a decision based on automated data processing, limitation of data processing.
