Wie gebe ich eine Bestellung auf?
Easily place your order in the Official Store of the Royal Spanish Football Federation by following these steps:
- Search for the item you want to buy on the website and add it to the cart.
- In your cart you can review all the items added in your purchasing process, modify them and delete them at any time.
- Once you have your cart ready to purchase, select "Go to payment".
- Fill in your details.
- Select the shipping method.
- Finalize your purchase.
- You will receive an email to the email address provided, with all the information about your purchase.

Remember to check your cart before completing the purchase, you can modify the products in the cart at any time.

If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email to the address provided in the checkout process. If you have placed an order and have not received the email, contact ushere.
Wie kann ich den Status meiner Bestellung erfahren?
Once your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email from the transportation agency with all the tracking information for your shipment.
Wie lange dauert der Versand meiner Bestellung?
Shipments are made within 4/5 business days, except in the case of personalized products chosen by the customer, in which case, shipment is made within 12/14 days after the order is placed. This shipping time may be altered during sales season or when there are high order volumes.
Once sent, the delivery time will depend on the requested destination. You will receive an email from the transport agency with the tracking of your shipment.
Wie kann ich die Rückgabe meiner Bestellung beantragen?
You must -within fourteen business days of receiving the order-, send by email to the address:rfef@smart-keting.coma statement to that effect indicating the affected order number as well as the product or products to be returned.
